Fine Art Prints and Canvases
Every stage of your order is most important to us. We will protect your fine art order in sturdy packaging so that it arrives with you in tip-top condition!
Although it may take up to 7 working days to receive your art, we will normally print and dispatch your order within 1 working day, and you should receive it within 3 working days from your order.
If it's not arrived with 7 working days, please contact us to let us know.
Original Artwork purchase enquiries
If, after enquiring through our site, you purchase any original artwork directly from the artist, your contract will be directly with them, and so you should agree with them all the details, including delivery. See our site's Terms and Conditions for more detail.

All our art is selected and designed to look fantastic on your walls. You can evaluate it for a full 14 days; if you don't love it, or if there’s any problem with it all, you can return it for a full refund or replacement!
We’ll even cover the return postage for you - we’ll send you a postage label for you to return it at our expense. Just keep the shipping container for returning it until you’re sure you want to keep it. Read on for details.
We are fully committed to providing you with the finest art available anywhere, and we will only be happy if you are! So please rest assured... your delight is 100% guaranteed.
Incorrect or Damaged Art
When your order arrives, please inspect it carefully BEFORE removing it from its protective transparent sleeve - in the rare event that the wrong item arrives, or is damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect art (and of the shipping container too if damaged) to email@example.com. Please include in the body of the email your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund. If you would like a replacement, please note that the many of our prints are limited editions and their stock is restricted in number. Whilst we will do everything we can to supply you with a replacement, occasionally the print edition may have run out; in this rare situation, we would only be able to offer you a full refund.
Please send your request within 7 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within one working day, and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item(s) and the cost of delivery (where applicable). If the art is reusable, we may ask you to return it (at our expense) before completing this process.
Change of heart?
If your art arrived in good condition, you have a full 30 days to evaluate it - if you change your mind, for any reason at all, no problem! You can return your item and receive a full refund for the price of the product - we’ll even arrange for a courier to pick up your order at no cost to you (or cover the cost of returning it by post).
If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment mechanism within 3 days of receiving your returned print. Note that we cannot accept prints back unless they are in their original packaging.
Please let us know that you wish to return your art within 30 days of receiving it - by email, letter or phone. Include your name and your order number (and of course, which item(s) you wish to return), as well as a contact telephone number, if possible. If you wish, we would encourage you to also include a brief description of the reason for the return. We will then send you an email with a label to print out and attach to the package (if you have no means to print it, we would be happy to post the label to you!)
To return the art, please repack it all in the original packaging and include the completed Return Instructions form located on the back of the Packing List included with your order, as well as the Authenticity Certificate(s). Attach the return postage label and post. Once we receive it all back (it will be tracked) we will arrange your refund within one working day.
Note that if it is to be returned by our courier, only one [??] attempt to pick up your package will bemade, after which it will be your responsibility and cost to return the package to the address that we provide in the email.
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result. We may need to first wait until we have received the art back.
If you would like to exchange your art for another work or in a different size, please return the item for a refund (as described above) and place a new order.

We put quality of your fine art prints first, above all else; indeed we attract Artists from all over Cornwall and Devon because of our incredible dedication to reproducing their art to the finest standards and most perfect colour reproduction available anywhere, producing prints of their art that they tell us is often indistiguishable from the original!
